01. What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a high-quality transfer process where designs are printed onto a special film and then transferred to fabrics or other materials using heat and pressure. This method creates vibrant, durable prints perfect for custom apparel and accessories.
03.What are your shipping and turnaround times?
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time are shipped the same day.
Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day.
Shipping Delays: If an issue on our end causes a delay in same-day shipping, we will upgrade your shipping label to ensure timely delivery.
We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and order size. All shipping options will be available at checkout.
05. What file format should I use?
To ensure the best print quality, please submit your design as a high-resolution transparent PNG file at 300 DPI. If you choose to submit a lower resolution, we can still print it, but you will be taking responsibility for any quality issues that may arise.
07. Where are you located?
We are based in Dallas, Texas, where we handle all printing and shipping operations. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and ensure that your orders are delivered on time.
09. Do different colors or shapes affect prices?
No, Cheetah DTF uses a simplified pricing model. We don’t charge extra based on the number of colors, shapes, or complexity of your design. Pricing is determined solely by the area your design occupies on the transfer sheet, making our pricing structure transparent and easy to understand. You pay for the space your design takes up—no surprises!
02. Do I need to mirror my artwork when uploading?
No, you do not need to mirror your artwork when submitting your design. As long as you upload a high-resolution or vector file, we’ll handle the rest and convert your artwork into a DTF transfer or our UV DTF. We’ll make sure it’s the right way around for you!
04. What should I do if there’s an issue with my order?
If you experience any issues with your order, email us at order@cheetahdtf.com. Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
We’ll respond promptly and work to resolve the issue.
06. What are the heat press settings for DTF transfers?
For optimal results, use the following heat press settings:
Temperature: 315°F to 340°F
Pressure: Highest pressure setting
Time: 8-14 seconds
Since heat presses vary, there’s no universal setting. We recommend testing on your machine. If you need help adjusting, feel free to reach out to us.
